We purchase whole carcasses of Oita Wagyu, raised in the natural environment of Oita Prefecture, offering a perfect balance of lean meat and marbling.
By purchasing whole carcasses, we are able to offer a wide variety of cuts, from popular ones to rare parts, at reasonable prices.
Especially noteworthy is the tail soup, which is based on the founder's childhood memories and directly handed down from his father. Once you drink the soup, which is filled with the full flavor of Oita Wagyu beef, you will surely become a fan of Oita Wagyu beef!
