With this in mind, we actually visited the Oita Prefectural Livestock Breeding Corporation, ranches, and fattening farmers and were able to do business with them.

Tail Soup Story

You probably have a memory or two of family feasts from your childhood.
Tail soup is considered a traditional dish in Korea, where omoni (mothers) inherit the taste from their ancestors and pass it on to their own children.
When I was a child, I used to look forward to the next day because of the smell of tail soup that my mother would cook the night before. I was so determined to recreate that good old memorable feast that I wanted everyone to be able to taste it.
